Priority Cares Home Services was founded on a simple but powerful belief: people with disabilities and medical challenges deserve to live at home — not in institutions. We launched our home care programs in New York to bridge the gap between what Medicaid covers and what families actually need.
Today, we support individuals across Queens, Brooklyn, and Rochester through three core Medicaid waiver programs: NHTD, TBI, and Personal Care Assistance. Our team of dedicated coordinators, aides, and specialists works tirelessly to create personalized support plans that keep our clients safe, engaged, and in control of their own lives.
