Once they are assigned to a client, we count their weeks. You watch week 1, 2 and 3 tick off.
You get paid
After three consecutive weeks worked, your $50 fee qualifies and is paid on the next payroll.

Who we are hiring
Home Health Aides and PCA staff living in or near the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Westchester and Monroe County (Rochester). Aides need a current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or be close to finishing one.

The rules, plainly
- The person you refer must be new to Priority Cares Home Services.
- If two people refer the same aide, the first referral we receive counts.
- Your fee qualifies after they work three consecutive full weeks with a client. A full week means they work all the hours scheduled for that client that week, as agreed when they are assigned (for example, 25 of 25 hours).
- If they miss a week, the count starts again at week 1. Your referral stays open.
- You must be in good standing when the fee is paid.
- Referral fees are paid through payroll for our employees, or by check if you do not work with us. They are taxable income.

What you will see, and what you will not
Your tracker shows when your referral is hired, when they are assigned to a client, and each week they complete. It never shows who the client is, where they live, or anything about their care. That information is private and protected by law.
Questions
How will I know if they got hired?
Open your private tracker link any time. It shows each step, with dates. If you gave us an email, we also email you each time your referral moves forward.
Will you tell me which client they are working with?
No. Client information is private and protected by law. You will see that they were assigned to a client and which weeks they worked, nothing more.
What if they stop before three weeks?
Your tracker shows where they reached. If they miss a week, the count starts again at week 1 and your referral stays open. If they stop working with us, the referral closes.
When do I get paid?
On the first payroll after your referral completes week 3. Your tracker shows the payroll date.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No. There is no limit on how many people you can refer.
How can I track my referral?
Right after you refer, we give you a private tracker link. Open it any time, no login or password. It shows every person you referred and exactly which step they are on. Lost it? Use "Get my private link" on the log-in page and we email you a new one.
How do I receive my reward?
Once your referral completes week 3, the $50 is added to the next payroll. Your tracker shows the payroll date, and we text you when it is paid. If you do not work with us, we pay you by check.
I do not work in healthcare. Can I still refer someone?
Yes. Anyone can refer an aide and earn the fee when the referral qualifies.
